How I can help

Support shaped around what you're carrying

You don't need the right words or a clear diagnosis to begin. Have a read below, and if something feels close to home, that's more than enough to start a conversation.

Anxiety Support

For the worry that won't switch off, and the tension you carry all day.

  • Racing thoughts and overthinking
  • Panic and physical tension
  • Avoidance and constant 'what ifs'

We'll make sense of what your anxiety is trying to protect you from, rather than treating it as a fault to be fixed. Together we'll notice the patterns, understand where they came from, and build practical ways to steady yourself — all in a space where nothing you say is too small or too silly.

Depression Support

For the heaviness, the flatness, and the days that feel like too much.

  • Low mood and exhaustion
  • Loss of interest or motivation
  • Hopelessness and self-criticism

Depression can make everything feel muffled and effortful, including asking for help. There's no pressure to arrive with the right words. We'll go at your pace, gently exploring what's underneath the low mood and finding small, sustainable ways back towards feeling like yourself.

Trauma Support

For experiences that still feel close, even when they're long past.

  • Flashbacks and hypervigilance
  • Feeling numb or disconnected
  • Difficulty feeling safe

Trauma work is never rushed. We begin with safety and stability, and you stay in control of what we talk about and when. Using approaches grounded in evidence and in relationship, we'll work towards your past taking up less room in your present.

Attachment Psychotherapy

For the patterns that keep repeating in your closest relationships.

  • Trust difficulties
  • Co-dependency
  • Communication breakdowns

Sometimes we find ourselves acting out the same painful patterns again and again. Often these have roots in early attachment wounds. Exploring your attachment story can help you understand why you respond the way you do — and give you real choice about how you relate now.

Relational Support

For feeling stuck in the same arguments, or unheard by people you love.

  • Recurring conflict
  • Feeling unheard
  • Wanting closer connection

Relational therapy draws on the relationship patterns modelled to you in childhood, alongside your attachment style, to look at tangible tools for connection. It's about becoming the version of yourself you want to be inside your relationships — not about apportioning blame.

Clinical Supervision

For qualified and trainee therapists wanting reflective, collaborative supervision.

  • Qualified and trainee therapists
  • 50 or 90 minute sessions
  • Collaborative and explorative

I have extensive experience supervising both qualified and trainee psychotherapists at every stage of their professional journey. My approach is collaborative and explorative, offering a supportive space to grow in confidence, think clinically, and look after yourself in the work.

Current offer

Reduced-rate psychosexual & relationship therapy

I'm currently completing a Diploma in Psychosexual & Relationship Psychotherapy at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. Because I'm a trainee in this specific modality, I can offer reduced session rates for certain difficulties. These conversations are held with the same care and discretion as any other.

Psychosexual therapy supports individuals and couples with sexual difficulties that may be affecting a relationship, or the possibility of meeting a partner, and can help improve physical intimacy. The reduced rate is available for:

  • Painful sex
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Premature and delayed ejaculation
  • Difficulties with orgasm
  • Low or absent desire
  • Compulsive sexual behaviours, e.g. pornography use
  • Psychological and psychosexual difficulties associated with Chemsex

The trainee rate is £30 per 50-minute session. To qualify for the discounted rate, please mention it discreetly in your initial email or message. There's no need to go into detail before we speak.
